1. check status of acceptance for new members (open or closed?)

1. if OPEN: proceed to Step 2
2. if CLOSED: do not apply. Wait until we are accepting new applications

2. check member list for currently taken names

1. if OPEN: proceed to Step 3
2. if TAKEN: do not apply. Choose another name

3. download cabinet to use from here

• After approval, you may create your own cabinet if you wish. Until then, use one of the official ones.

4. set up cabinet somewhere on the web. Please try to avoid sites with massive pop-up advertisements.

** at this point, please have your member doll ready. If you are unable to create one, request a doll in the forums.

5. Post application in forums using format provided in the rules

• If the format is not used, you risk having your application closed until you can read the rules and follow them.
